Cancellation Policy – TD Sports Academy Ltd

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 5 working days before a scheduled session via [email/phone call] will be processed with a £5 admin charge. Cancellations made 5 working days or less before a session will be subject to a charge of half the booking fee.

TD Sports Academy Ltd reserves the right to cancels a session with less than 48 hours notice and a full refund provided or alternatively will provide another session date (subject to availability). TD Sports Academy Ltd reserves the right to cancel any session when bookings are 5 children or less. If your child has any additional needs or requires 1:1 supervision, please contact 07915 498749 before making a booking. TD Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel bookings made without prior arrangement for any additional needs.
